| One of the mechanics got in the car with me to diagnose a sound coming from under the truck, and he kindly explained what the issue was without being overbearing or lording it over me. The other staff there were patient and explained the issues with my truck so I didn?t feel pressured into making any decisions before I was comfortable with them. I really got the sense that they are honest and diligent mechanics. |
