| This is the first time it has happen but when I picked up the van the arm rest was covered in dirt and grease (black). You offered to clean and tried but could not. I cleaned it when I got home. Just remind the techs to check the car before giving it back to the customer. I still hear the noise and I will bring it back as soon as I can. |
